Partnering with atelier oï, a regional company that has been shining internationally for 30 years, Louis Erard set out to reinterpret what it means to tell time in a way that's still accessible with Le Régulateur Louis Erard x atelier oï.

With this unconventional partnership, atelier oï proceeded to separate time into its most basic elements - hours, minutes, and seconds, each represented independently through the use of asymmetrical rays radiating from the central diameter of the watch. Reminiscent of the shape of a sundial, the result of this design reveals reflections and contrasts – echoing the passion of the members of atelier oï for the material and the play of light. The art of engraving being expressed here in its essence is drawn lines, each creating a space, to which the hands add the dimension of time.
